Essay Writing Competition held

Jan 5, 2013: Bhutanese Students Group in Pittsburgh (BSGP) has successfully conducted one-day essay writing competition on 5th January 2013 at Hilltop computer center located in Carrick. BSGP is the group founded back in 2011 working enthusiastically to make our community better by collaborating with students to help them find purpose of educational incentives to succeed in life. BSGP also provides best advices to students needing help to choose career and help to individual those seeking to apply for financial aid and more.

On this recent educational program, BSGP was successful to bring students from different high middle schools and had them write about self or interest of topics they appeared to have. There was impressive number of participants who came from different schools to contribute this educational program. Our goal is to make individual, college ready students to succeed in their college life and this writing competition will help them give extra pace in their writing skills to improve their application essay for college. BSGP believed participants acknowledged the idea of essay competition was appealing to their creativity and heightened their writing skills and confidence to profound experience.

BSGP would like to thank individual student who took their time to join this competition and all the parents for guiding their kids to the computer center. We didn’t have 100 percent attendance of students who go to middle or high school but the number we had was impressive enough to encourage remaining students for future participants. We believe these participants are perfect role models for our community who will encourage our younger generation to participate in similar functions in future.
