Lake Effect Leaders
It is a collaborative project supported by the Corporation for National and Community Service(CNCS). Lake Effect Leaders placed one vista volunteer in our nonprofit organization, BCAP for 2015-2016. This has enhanced the organizational capacity of our organization.
