ORR Grant

Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Bhutanese Community Association of Pittsburgh(BCAP) was awarded with a capacity building grant from the Office of Refugee Resettlement(ORR) in 2014 for three years under its Ethnic Community Self-Help Program(ECSHP).
